Art der Leistung
Der Abschluss der zwei Rahmenverträge dient der flexiblen Beauftragung von Catering und zugehörigen Leistungen für verschiedene Veranstaltungsformate, insbesondere Meetings, Workshops und internen Veranstaltungen. Diese können teilweise mehrtägig sein oder am auch an Wochenenden stattfinden.

Umfang der Leistung
Je nach Einzelauftrag sind folgende Leistungsbestandteile gefordert:

-Lieferung von Speisen und wahlweise Getränken für Veranstaltungen

-Bereitstellung von Servicepersonal (optional je nach Veranstaltungsaufwand)

-Auf- und Abbau von Catering-Equipment

-Bereitstellung von Geschirr, Besteck, Gläsern und Buffet-Equipment

-Mitnahmen von benutztem Geschirr und Equipment, inklusive Pfandrücknahme
