EIT RawMaterials has the unilateral right to extend the contracts twice for 12 months each (extension option).

Registration with the commercial register (Indication of the HRB/HRA number and the register court). Declarations must be made by using the form "Declaration of Eligibility".
Evidence must be provided of the existence of business liability insurance for activities that are the subject of the tendered contract.
Minimum requirement: The business liability insurance to be proven must include the following minimum coverage: Personal injury, property damage and financial losses: EUR 500,000 sum insured per claim and limited to EUR 1,000,000 sum insured for all claims in an insurance year.
Total turnover: Annual turnover in EUR (net), based on the last three completed financial years before the tender submission deadline, for which figures are already available.
Tenderers must make proof of suitable references in the form of a self-declaration in a list of the main supplies and services delivered or performed over the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders. For the purpose of this procurement procedure, a reference is defined as a contractual relationship between the tenderer and a client covering services which are comparable to the services which are subject of the tendered contract. By the means of references, it has to be made proof of the following (minimum requirements):LOT 1Each of the following criteria has to be met through at least one reference (exclusion criteria):1. The tenderer must demonstrate experience in project work in a multilingual and international environment (at least 2 languages and at least 2 countries).2. The tenderer must demonstrate experience in in project work with a political dimension (i.e. publicly funded projects).3. The tenderer must demonstrate experience in working with secondary schools in all countries that are targeted by the project.LOT 2Each of the following criteria has to be met through at least one reference (exclusion criteria):1. The tenderer must demonstrate experience in project work in a multilingual and international environment (at least 2 languages and at least 2 countries).2. The tenderer must demonstrate experience in project work with a focus on youth education and/or gender equality and/or policy/NGO-related contexts.
One reference may cover more than one of the above-mentioned exclusion criteria. Tenderers are requested to address the above-mentioned exclusion criteria in the description of the respective reference project if these are considered to be met by the tenderer. EIT RawMaterials reserves the right to contact former clients to verify the given information.
Declaration showing the tenderer's average annual number of permanent employees over the last three completed fiscal years before the tender submission deadline.
Tenderers have to declare which parts of the contract the tenderer intends to subcontract, where such a declaration is already possible.
