In response to a question by a prospective tenderer, the buyer has decided to slightly amend the requirements regarding the proof of technical and professional ability, namely the requirements for references regarding In-person, hybrid, and online events (see sec. C1.4.3 in the declaration of eligibility).
The wording of this reference requirement has been slightly amended. Furthermore, it is now permitted to demonstrate the required experience through several references collectively.
The reference requirement now reads as follows: "- In-person, hybrid, and online events: The tenderer must demonstrate its experience with international in-person, hybrid, and online events, including broadcasting and audience interaction through online platforms. It is possible to demonstrate the experience through several references collecitvely. This is subject to the conditions that (1) the references submitted meet the criteria for suitabiliry set out in the tender documents and (2) viewed collectively, fully satisfy the minimum requirements laid down. (minimum requirement: one reference)."
All other eligibility criteria remain unchanged.
